As one of the popular Television programme in recent years, the Reality TV shows have developed to be a more mature program format. Although the Reality TV shows have created great audience rating, it has a lot of problems. Therefore,people engaged in the TV industry must consider the problem that how to promote the level of our country’reality TV shows. This thesis discussed this subject in three aspects,including the brand management,the analysis of successful programs and the methods to solve the problems.This article covers four parts. The first is the Reviews of Reality TV show, including the theoretical definition of Reality TV show, the pattern and elements of The Reality TV Programme,the types and the history of reality TV.The second part introduces the brand management theory and its practical usage in TV programme. The reasons of its popularity were analyzed emphatically in this part.Thirdly, take<If you are the one>and<The voice of China> for example, this article analyzes its success factors and innovative points.Fourthly, through analysis,this article points out the problems and solutions for our country’s Reality TV show.
