Research On The Chinese Job-hunting Reality Show Based On The Study Of The Program Job Come Job Go

The reality shows get more and more popular on Chinese television screens, and become the mainstream form of the entertainment programs in our country. CCTV and almost all local TV have one or more such programs because of the high ratings, great influence and advertisement interests.In2005the talent show which focused on entertainment and star making drove the reality show in China to develop fastest. After years of development, the reality show grows so mature that a variety of programs emerge such as emotional, athletic and interview reality shows, as well as talent show.There are millions of job-seekers graduating from our universities suffering huge pressure. Job reality shows which have great influence on the interviewees from the aspect of career planning, ideology and so on have come up as competitions get more and more intense. At the end of2010, China Education Television cooperated with Jiangsu Satellite TV to launch a new program Job Come Job Go. This program has attracted lots of job seekers by helping people to handle interview and application problems. The author is trying to study the process of its brand construction taking Job Come Job Go as an example and figure out the production concepts and creativity of job reality shows in our country.The dissertation is divided into five chapters. The first chapter states the connotation of TV program brand image and reality show background in order to forge the inner connection; The next three chapters focus on the brand incubation, including program location analysis, design and propaganda analysis. In the last chapter, this article raises its problems and challenges and looks forward to the prospects.
