As a basic national policy,the family planning policy of China has formed astable mode in rural during three decades. In recent years, with the issued of the allkinds of state’s agricultural policies, there has been more people shifting theirattention to the rural from the cities, and the research and discussion about the spreadof various types of policy information in the village was increasing. But the familyplanning policy, as one of the important topic, has not been always involved.The national image is an extremely important intangible asset of one country,which has a direct impact on the performance of foreign policy and success ofnational interest. Although more scholars and experts began to turn their attention tothe relationship between Beijing Olympics and national image building issues, fouryears later, in the2012London Olympic games, people do not pay as much attentionas that in2008, what was the exact image?The thesis explores the problems of international sport report by researching thesport report of China Daily——the only national English daily paper and finds outthat most sports media in China neglect the importance of national image buildingthrough international sport reports.From the problems found on sports editions on China Daily, the author studiesthe reason of the problems: the unbalanced Sports Globalization development andcross-cultural communication. By analyzing the influences on international sportreport, the author comes up several suggestions with the hope that the internationalsport reports can assume the responsibility of creating a healthier and better nationalimage of China.
