With the development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, the research of intell igent building will have important innovation which integrates with the IoT. After the various sensor devices are deployed in different regions of the building, the interconnection of aware information are realized through wired, wireless or other means of communication. The real-time and dynamic analysis of collected data can be done by cloud computing, expert systems and other high-performance processing technologies. Finally, the intellgent system can achieve the integrated management of the building, including online monitoring, linkage alarm, location tracking, remote control. The main works in this paper as follows:Firstly, the hardware system of the control terminal is designed and implemented after the existing wireless sensor networks (WSN) based on the Zigbee protocol for collection aware information of intelligent building is analysed, which is divided into two parts, one is the control board and the other is GPRS function board. Atmega128L and DM9000are chosen as the system control chip and the Ethernet data transmission chip respectively, and many sensors are selected to collect the analog signals and digital signals of the target, and then GPRS function board use Huswei’s GTM900C as the data transmission chip which sends collected data to server through the GPRS network. They are combined togather for many kinds of sensed data to be acquired compositively and controlled long-distancely.Secondly, the softwares of the wireless sensor nodes and collection terminals are programmed, which have implemented the parameter settings of sensor nodes and debuged integratedly. some key technologies are done, including the timing send of acquisition signals, the A/D conversion, and long-distance teletransmission.Thirdly, the Web software is developed in monitoring intelligent building and controlling the system servers, including the reception and processing of remote data, the designing and connection of database and the designing and implementation of Web page.Finally, the overall system is test to monitor the sensitive areas and key equipments of building. The results show that the system reaches basically the design requirements.
