With the rapid economic, health, sustainable development, the construction industry has always been as a pillar industry of the national economy maintained a rapid growth, in2012the national construction industry output value reached13.5303trillion yuan, an increase of16.2%. But the low efficiency of the construction industry a long time, the lack of effective project cost management method, The main reason is not the processes and methods, the degree of complexity of the project of the construction industry is certainly objective reasons, but the technical means and information management degree subjective restricting factor is the root of the problem. Traditional technical means in response to the huge amount of information the project is clearly inadequate, cost data (engineering data) can not be calculated in real time and sharing, project management staff cost management like Mangrenmoxiang the final settlement, many projects are done only to find the project overruns, but has been irretrievably lost, but also poses a serious impact on the economic and environmental benefits to society as a whole.Accompanied by the rise and development of BIM (Building Information Modeling Building Information Model) technology, combined with BIM technology design, budget, cost of software have begun to gain popularity, but not enough to bring about fundamental to the project cost control change, the establishment of the project construction cost control information system based on BIM technology will be the key to solving this problem.To achieve real-time monitoring of project construction cost, effective way to eliminate the phenomenon of extensive project construction cost overruns and project construction management, we study the establishment of project construction cost of the whole process of monitoring information system based on BIM technology to achieve the dynamic monitoring of the project cost solutions to solve this a problem. First, the design of the project construction, bidding, construction, completed stage BIM and depth needs a detailed analysis to solve interoperability problems in the construction of information systems; followed by the development of the IFC standard solution for the development of the system difficulties at the data level; Finally, the whole process of project construction cost control information system platform model, functional requirements, architecture design, database design, organizational support preliminary analysis, the original foundation laid for the development of information systems and development framework.Study the whole process of project construction cost control information system development on the domestic well-known cost management solutions provider-Glodon for the application of BIM technology in recent years a system analysis to confirm project construction cost of the whole process of monitoring information development and design of the system architecture and philosophy, as well as the feasibility of the system development and design to provide strong supporting evidence.This study shows that BIM-based project construction cost of the whole process of monitoring information system development is the solution to the project construction cost control problem of effective solutions, while the development of the system can learn from the development of architecture thinking.
