In a mediaed society, the noteworthy feature of "mediaed politics" has shown on the stage of international politics. International news stories and comments of the mainstream media from each Country are important political information, but they have not got enough attentions in the academic field at present. As an interdisciplinary field. Political Communication provides a good Angle for the study of international hot events communication. Complex international environment and media environment puts forward higher requests for countries to create and implement political communication strategies.This article combs the development track of world political communication research, observes from the media’s news practice rules and the reader’s feedback, uses qualitative and quantitative analysis, case studies, and other comprehensive research methods. The achievements, deficiencies and enlightenments are evaluated. It also systematically analyzes the vote of "The United Nations’draft on Syria", shows and reveals the landscape of the practices of mainstream media in international political communication and the factors hidden behind it. The effort and result that British and American mainstream media has made to manufacture "overlapping consensus" are also discussed.In the matter of countries creating and implementing political communication strategies, this article concludes that theory and practice experience should supplement each other, and form "interdisciplinary integration of political communication practice". Politicians should take out the courage and energy to beyond "The Cave", promote discussions of international political hot issues in the sunlight. The goal of political communication strategies should shape "limited overlap consensus" through bilateral communications on a specific event, and therefore pushes the international political dispute solved in its guide. Political communication should beyond the tool of propaganda based on persuade, pay attention to interpersonal communication in the process of political communication, and learn from other related disciplines.
