Organic light emitting diode display(OLEDs) is one of the hot spot in the field of flat panel display research, according to their different drive mode can be divided into passive drive(Passive Matrix, PM)and active driving (Active Matrix, AM). And the liquid crystal display(LCD), OLEDs has the advantages of low energy consumption, low production cost(lower than LCD20%~30%), since the light, wide viewing angle, simple process,low cost,temperature adaptability,fast response etc. This paper analyses and designs a system of a driving circuit for active matrix organic light emitting display, this paper design of the pixel circuit are discussed, in order to reduce the external connection wire, reduce the peripheral driving circuit complexity, proposes the application of complementary silicon TFT tube circuit structure of peripheral driving circuit are integrated in the substrate. The above screen pixel driving and driving circuit integrated on the substrate based on the structure, the paper further discussed the application of FPGA design of programmable peripheral special method of driving IC chip, through simulation and synthesis, reached the design requirements. And gives the connection of special IC chip and OLED display circuit, drive circuit of active organic OLED were analyzed and discussed.
