The Research Of The County News Network Construction In The Context Of Social Transformation

At present, our country’s reform and opening up was entering a key period. With the continuous reform, the social class, institutions and environment were undergoing profound changes, and social transformation had become a important characteristic of the social development. In the important period of social transformation, as an important platform of information disseminationwas online, the news network faced with to strengthen the construction and to adapt to the development situation of social transformation in the face of a context of social transformation. Especially as the bottom of news network at the county level, they had many problems in positioning, concept, management, ability. This was a common problem solved together for all news network at the county level,which was that how to further play a role of the grass-roots news network, needed to strengthen construction and policy support in the context of social transformation.HuaiYuan County is one of the important county in anhui provinceis, located in the huaihe river. Like other county, the construction of the news network was on the agenda, with the development of economy and society, the construction of new socialist countryside, the effective propulsion of urbanization, the informatization construction in villages and towns,and the Internet users increasing. On June1,2008, HuaiYuan news network was opening online, which was the only one that spreaded news information in HuaiYuan County as a news network media. In2012,I worked in HuaiYuan news network for half a year, and founded that liking other county news network, HuaiYuan news network can’t get social attention, can’t play a role as news network media, and need to strengthen all aspects of the construction in the important period of social transformation. Taking Huaiyuan news network as an example, this paper focused on analyzing the current conditions of the county news network, combing problems in the context of social transformation, and putting forward the measure of pertinence strategyThis paper first introduced the living conditions of the county news network focused on analyzing its media properties, historical reasons, the political factors, constraint and development, and related policiess, and analyzed its common problems in terms of positioning, concept, management, ability. Finally put forward a view that need to strengthen the construction of the county news network in the context of social transformation. Then taking Huaiyuan news network as an example, systematicall, fully and in-depth analyzed Huaiyuan news network, respectively from the audience’s cognitive survey, SWOT analysis, peripheral "rival" in order to find out the survival condition and the development problems in the context of social transformation. Finally this paper put forward three strategies of Huaiyuan news network construction strengthened in the period of social transition, namely, dedicating to become a local serving media centring on the grass-roots level, committing to become a brand media centring on news, committing to become a innovation media centring on network, from three big media characteristics of the county news network, which are "grassroots","news","network", and these strategies also adapt the construction and development in the future of more county news network.
