With the3g communication technique being continuously popular, people’s demand of mobile terminal wireless business is also in constant promotion.3g network needs to support active business types from basic voice calls and text messages to the ever-present wireless Internet business, which requires network and mobile terminal to intensify support to the PS domain packet data transmission business in network capacity, transmission rate, terminal power consumption and signaling flow, and some other aspects of the packet data transmission business optimization, in order to improve the user experience and operation efficiency of packet data transmission business.In order to accomplish this goal,3GPP in TD-HSPA+technology introduces the CPC and enhanced CELL_FACH technology, which also increases TD-SCDMA terminal protocol analysis tester’s test requirements for CPC technology and enhanced CELL_FACH technique. In the test environment, TD-SCDMA terminal protocol analysis tester simulates network side, and research in this paper implements tester’s support of CPC and enhanced CELLFACH technique.First of all, this paper introduces the TD-SCDMA standard evolution process, this paper analyzes the necessity of introducing TD-HSPA+. Based on this, we also discuss the objective and the meaning of this project.Secondly, we continue to give a general overview of TD-HSPA+, considering the two aspects of fundamental principle and key technologies respectively. In addition, the software and the hardware architectures of the TD-HSPA+terminal test instrument are introduced in this section. Thirdly, in-depth studies on CPC and enhanced CELLFACH are conducted. To lay a solid foundation for the implementation of CPC and enhanced CELL_FACH, this paper also analyzes the technical principles and functional requirements of CPC and enhanced CELLFACH detailedly, including SPS, DRX, enhanced random access and uplink&downlink high-speed packet data transporting.Then, based on theory analysis and demand analysis of CPC and enhanced CELLFACH technology, research in this paper completed the implementation of CPC and enhanced CELLFACH based on terminal protocol analysis tester, and used unit tests to verify the results.Finally, a conclusion is summarized at the end of this thesis, and the future directions are pointed out.
