The Research And Implementation Of HSPA Related Test Cases Based On TD-SCDMA RRM Conformance Test Set

In early 2009, Ministry of Information and Industry issued 3G licenses. China Mobile began to deploy TD-SCDMA network. HSPA, as an enhanced 3G technology, can strongly support for the high-speed, large bandwidth of 3G data services. With the in-depth commercialization of TD-SCDMA network, there will be more terminal supporting HSPA technology coming into the market. The validation of terminal radio resource management function became one of the key fators for commercialization. Therefore, TD-SCDMA industry chain urgently needs a professional test equipment to support TD-SCDMA HSPA functionality. The author, responsible for the design and development of terminal RRM test cases, participated in the work of project pre-research, requirement analysis, test case design and test case development. The test cases are all developed by TTCN-2 language.The primary contents of this thesis are described as follows.First, introduce TD-SCDMA HSPA system, terminal RRM conformance testing theory and test method based on TTCN-2.Second, describe the architecture of TD-SCDMA terminal RRM conformance testing system.Third, analyze the procedure of RRM and design test case specification of TD-SCDMA HSPA terminal RRM conformance testing.Fourth, accomplish test cases of TD-SCDMA HSPA terminal RRM conformance testing.At last, summalize the work and give advices for future work.
