It can achieve the high volume of goods handled, the low delay and crest value speed of the system performance, resorting to fast technical realization integrated data service and so on link adaptive control and fast physical level retransmit and transmission combining as well as fast grouping dispatch in the HSPA technology on Node B high speed connection. It not only has meet the next stage application service need, but also has great influence on the further development of 3G. HSPA is growing into the hot area as the study of the 3rd generation mobile communication systems.This paper studied the applications of HSPA in the TD-SCDMA based on the theory and background technique of HSPA, and put emphases on the two kinds of embodies of HSUPA in the TD-SCDMA based on the characteristic of HSUPA. This paper also studied the power controlling skills of UE in addition to AMC skills.On the other side, this paper mainly studied two key skills of HSPA in TD-SCDMA system: AMC and HARQ. We bring forward ML algorithm for the channel quality estimation to overcome the affection of delaying. By which arithmetic is modified, we conclude that channel quality can be more exactly estimated by modified arithmetic. This paper mainly studied the arithmetic achievement of the Chase Combing scheme of HARQ and link simulation Chase Combining method of HARQ in the HSUPA. We conclude that the HAPQ adopting Chase Combining method can reduce BLER, even clearly increase capacity.At last, we farther approved that ML algorithm for the channel quality estimation of AMC can improve HSDPA capability and increase throughput of system by HSDPA link simulation. At the same time, we also approved that combination of HARQ and AMC adopting Chase Combining method can efficiently overcome the defects of AMC and improve system capability.
