| Production scheduling is the core and key technology of production management. The assignment of production scheduling is making sure process order and process time of the work pieces on the machines. It is important to make production scheduling efficiently for improving the use rate of enterprise resources, elevating the product's quality, shorting the delivery period and reducing the cost, thus raising the enterprise competition level in market economy.Practical production process of hot rolling strip in Shanghai BaoSteel Co.,Ltd is taken into consider. Production process of hot rolling strip, scheduling constraints and rules of hot rolling scheduling is firstly specified. This paper selects MTSP model which is suitable to resolve the problems of the production lot planning of the hot rolling strip. Roll plan type, the largest length of warm strips and staple strips, width, thickness and rigidity of hot rolling strip are considered in MTSP model, which objective is to minimize the punishment value of width, thickness and rigidity of adjacent hot rolling strip and make sure optimal process order of hot rolling strips on the finish rolling mill. Modified immune algorithm is adopted to resolve MTSP model. Simulation with hot rolling process data in Shanghai BaoSteel Co.,Ltd shows that using the method in this paper is more efficient to resolve scheduling problems than using manual planning.At the meantime, requirement analysis and data analysis of practical production process of hot rolling strip in Shanghai BaoSteel Co.,Ltd are made. A simulation system of the production lot planning of the hot rolling strip has been developed using Visual Basic 6.0 Visual C++ 6.0 and SQL Server 2000. The design of function modules and data structure is also finished. Stable performance of Real production data of Shanghai BaoSteel Co. proves the feasibility of production lot planning system of the hot rolling strips. |
