In this information age dominated by mobile Internet,"mobile phone dependence" has become a social "epidemic",and adolescent vocational students are more likely to be addicted to mobile phones.In the new era of the Communist Youth League work,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to expand the effective coverage of the youth work,where young people are,where the organization will be built.So our palm-sized spiritual home for Communist Youth League is badly needed,to strengthen the practical effect of college ideological and political work for the young students with mobile phone technology.At the same time,with the deepening of informationized education,informationized teaching and management in vocational education has made great progress,but it still needs to be strengthened,especially the application for the Communist Youth League in secondary vocational schools is still a blind area,therefore,it is an urgent need for mobile phone applications with the characteristics of vocational schools management to solve various problems in the Communist Youth League work,which is also the original intention to design and develop this application called the home of the Communist Youth League.Started from the work of the Communist Youth League in the secondary vocational school,based on years of practical working experience of the Communist Youth League,after conducting the questionnaire survey and the teachers and students' symposium,the system is designed and implemented with several main feature modules including Organization notification,Seeking truth and revere virtue,Volunteer activities,Task reminder,Communist Youth League Webside,Personal center and so on,using the C/S network structure model and strictly in accordance with the MVC design pattern.The server side is based on the Hush development Framework,implemented with the PHP language and the MySQL database,while on the client side,Eclipse IDE is used for Android client development,and SQLite database to meet the needs of offline access to the base data.The JSON communication protocol is used for the data exchange through clients and server.The main features of the system are as follows: 1.based on the daily work of the Communist Youth League in the secondary vocational school as study object,a research area where current information management seldom involves.2,the PHP and Android technology schemes are adopted to develop according to the actual project specification,which shows good scalability,3.not only to satisfy the need of practical application use,but also plays an active role in guiding and leading the ideological education of Communist Youth League on smartphone terminals.During the trial run in the school,the application results show remarkable effects,particularly in the aspects of volunteer activities registration,offline roster,group numbering,process control and service duration registration,the organizational efficiency of volunteer activities has been enhanced and the enthusiasm of students to participate in volunteer activities has been further improved,while in the aspect of task reminder,the participants supervise and remind with each other,and on time delivery of tasks has been greatly improved.This system not only satisfies the needs of the work management of the Communist Youth League in the vocational schools,but also plays an active role in guiding the young students to seek truth and revere virtue,to dedicate to volunteer work and help each other,to be reliable and punctual.
