The Design And Implementation Of Motor Vehicle Repairing Public Security Management System For Weifang

With economic development, there are more and more motor vehicles so that the number of criminal behavior, like traffic accidents escape, criminals’driving away, theft of motor vehicles, is going increasingly. Now the local public security departments manage all kinds of criminal information about motor vehicle on artificial way, so that they can not be quickly and accurately to inquire arid compare information of criminal suspects and the stolen (robbed) vehicle and weakening the crackdown, seriously affecting the efficiency and detection rate. With computer management, they can grasp the clues of case and analyze crime trends. The management efficiency has become the primary need for the public security departments. Therefore, the public security department of Weifang City propose to construct the security management system of vehicle repair industry in Weifang City to to provide technical support for cooperating with public security departments, combating crime and maintaining social order.This paper uses the UML standard modeling language to describe the design and implementation process of the security management system of the motor vehicle repair industry. Firstly, the paper summarizes the system requirements basing on demand research and analyses the system’s functional requirements by UML use cases analysis and describes the system functionality by case diagrams and use cases; introduces characteristics of the design, technology architecture and functional structure of the system, and uses static model structure and dynamic timing diagram to describe the detailed design of part of the system function; describes the system data model by E_R diagram, and introduces part of the design of the database table structure; shows part of the system functionality and implementation code, introduces the system test by the example of the basic information management of vehicles, and finally summarizes the whole content.The system uses SSH framework technology and B/S architecture, using SQL Server2005as the database server. Implementing functions like the basic information management of vehicles, information management of traffic accident vehicles, information management of notice and system management. With the basic information management of vehicles,and the traffic accident vehicle management, we can register, modify, delete and query the vehicle information; with information management of notice, we can release, modify, delete, and query the notification; and the system management implement functions like user management, employees management, system settings, security checks and database backup.The implementation of the security management system of the motor vehicle repair industry in Weifang City achieve the effective management of the motor vehicle repair industry with the information technology sa well as the real-time effective dynamic management of motor vehicles needing repair, motor vehicle repair unit and practitioners in the different regions. It also helps the public security personnel dynamic, real-time and effective monitor illegal motor vehicles, timely prevent, control, find, and seize the criminal. The system has played a huge role in the monitoring which in order to maintain social stability and strengthen security management. The construction of the security management system of the motor vehicle repair industry in Weifang City is very important to implement scientization, informatization and modernization of the security management, and is a fundamental solution to strengthen the security management of the motor vehicle repair industry, and prevent motor vehicle crimes. The implementation of the system will accelerate the improvement of the level of informatization construction of public security, and bring significant social benefits for the public security organs in policing.
