Research On Archival Digitization Of The Chinese Enterprises To Myanmar

Based on "archival digitization of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar" as the theme, the novelty and innovation of this article are not "digitization", but "archives of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar", which is the significance of this article. As an important part of our national enterprises’archives, overseas enterprises’archives have high information value and reference value to the enterprises’production, construction,operation,management and other activities. However, archival work of overseas enterprises has not gotten due attention and the interrelated research on the archival digitization of overseas enterprises is almost in blank state. After having archival practice experiences in a Chinese enterprises to Myanmar, I selected Myanmar as well as archives of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar as main research area, discussing archival digitization problems of overseas enterprises, which has theoretical significances and practical significances in some extent.This article mainly divides into three parts:The first part analyzes the present management status of archives of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar. Firstly, introduces briefly the general situation of Myanmar and the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar; Secondly, summarizes the definition and features of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar and archives of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar; Finally, focuses on discussing the problems of archival management of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar, including the lack of specialized laws and regulations, the serious security situation of archives, the missing of archival supervision, the weak archival consciousness, the behindhand management means of archives, the low comprehensive ability and the small quantity of archival managers, etc.The second part demonstrates the necessity of archival digitization of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar. Archival digitization is the inevitable trend of archival work and the direction of archival management of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar. Based on the problems of archival management of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar, this part mainly discusses the necessity of archival digitization of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar from five aspects:the demand of the information age, the remote management of overseas enterprises’ archives, the physical security of overseas enterprises’ archives, the change of the way to archival access and use. The last is the case analysis. Combined with my archival practice in a Chinese enterprises to Myanmar, I analyzed the archival digitization of this enterprises and gave some suggestions to archival digitization’s framework and programming of overseas enterprises.The third part puts forward the solution to archival digitization of the Chinese enterprises to Myanmar in terms of the principles, the process and the key technology. Finally, with the increasing popularity of the archival business outsourcing, this part argues the advantages and matters needing attention of business outsourcing of archival digitization for the qualified Chinese enterprises to Myanmar to refer to in some extent.
