National Medical Licensing Examination(NMLE)is a test evaluating medical workers' professional qualification as a basic requirement to enter this filed.The exam is a two-part exam which includes a Clinical Skill test and a General Written test and is extremely demanding with only 25% pass rate.However,with the advance of virtualization and digitalization of medical education,medical schools and hospitals across the whole nation have come up with various evaluation techniques for medical practitioners.In order to help examinees to pass NMLE,my supervisor and Yingkou Jucheng Teaching and Technology Co.Ltd set up a joint laboratory and have come up with a new medical licensing examination training and evaluating system.This system can help facilitate the construction of a system to cultivate talents with medical expertise and promote overall professional qualification of medical workers.This system includes a three-step exam preparation strategies based on the exam content and form in the hope of helping students to pass the exam smoothly.First of all,examinees can learn important testing points and do considerable amount of exercises through our system in which the PC software adopts B/S mode and Android software adopts C/S mode.All the basic functions are realized through 3-tier application,SSH framework and MySQL database.In addition,the examination process and results can be traced back and electronic two-dimensional code is introduced to be bound to information of examinees so that the management process can be more efficient.The objective data will be sent to the sever through a lower computer and then be saved in the database.Subjective evaluation is carried out by multimedia and Android software because of their convenience and timeliness and exam grades and evaluation given by teachers will be saved the database immediately and checked by examinees whenever they want.Finally,artificial neutral network technique and multilayer perception model are introduced to enhance the utility of the system.Based on considerable amount of data and artificial neural network theory,this system applies back-propagation algorithm and multilayer perception algorithm to evaluate how important every operation and experiment will be in the actual exam and then prioritize the important testing points.Efficiency will be improved if important experiments and exercises are comprehended.This system is highly feasible and its functions and performances can meet requirements of customers after testing.In addition,interaction of this system is satisfactory and can provide all the testing points and then accurately predict the important testing points,achieving the original expectation of our design.
