Binhai Rural is a valuable newspapers It was founded in Shandong Linyi.lunan County.which was the command center of the Anti-Japanese War base areas, known as "Shandong’s Yan’an". This increases the weight of this newspaper. But in the history of Chinese journalism, there is no comprehensive study of it. The purpose of this study is to present a comprehensive overview of the newspaper, to fill gaps in newspaper history, and provide ideas and historical data for later research.In the study, I mainly used the the research ideas of Communication and the methods of social research. Throughout the study was along this line of thought:"media environment-communicator-content-means of communication communication effects. In addition, I also maked comprehensive use of the content analysis method, statistical method, system analysis method. This is one of the innovations of this study.The following describes the main content of the study.The first part is an overview of the coastal rural, this study introduces the media environment of the Binhai Rural and its basic situation. The study found that it already existed before the founding.and its earliest founding dates was back to1943. The newspaper ceased publication has both political and economic factors. This study also discussed.The second part is the Binhai Rural content analysis. In this study, the coastal rural published content was divided into five categories:News, reviews, popular science, materials articles and literary articles. In addition, the study also analyzed a small amount of advertising in the newspaper. A creative results in this section is based on the ads in the newspaper statistics the Xinhua Bookstore publications between1945to1947.The third part analyzes the the coastal rural means of communication and propagation characteristics. Means of communication is mainly around the layout, editing tools, communications work, publishing and other aspects. The application of the language of the masses, the literary form of flexible rendering and huge tight communication system constructed constitute its propagation characteristics. The part of the outstanding results was through the form of a chart to show the mode of transmission.The last part is the communication effects and social role. communication effects were mainly from the mass Draft, quote, expanded edition, circulation and other aspects to explore。This study suggests that the Binhai Rural is a promotional greater than an News newspaper. It is mainly propaganda of the Chinese Communist Party’s principles and policies to the people. To some extent.one-way sexual of the information makes it become a a kind of "information violence". However, this study acknowledged its objective to promote the development of rural cultural, economic and other aspects. This reflects the value of the principle of neutrality.
