Abstract/Summary:
Machine vision detection technology and motion control technology is a key technology in the application of mechatronics, With the continuous improvement of China’s manufacturing industry product testing processing speed and accuracy requirements, The traditional manual testing and numerical control device can not meet the production needs. Machine vision technology and motion control technology instead of the traditional manual inspection and numerical control technology, the operation more simple, technical updates, more powerful, and greatly improves the efficiency of the entire production. Therefore, this paper combined with the practical application of research on the the connector detection platform based on machine vision and linear motor, in order to achieve the speed of the measured object, the precise control of the position.This paper first introduces the development of machine vision inspection technology, motion control platform and technology trends and motion control technology in the production of industrial applications, and the emergence of a variety of motion control techniques discussed in detail. The research topics include:1.details of the AC servo motor drive technology, stepper motor drive technology, linear motor drive technology features as well as in industrial production, and the advantages and disadvantages between them were compared.2. In-depth analysis of the motion control system optimization design method.3. Design the connector detection system and use the OpenCV Experimental Analysis of the Hough transform for the detection of the connector application.4. Details of the structure and function of Gugao motion control card, PCI bus technology motion control data communication between the card and the PC, designed and built for object detection motion control platform system.5. To use Visual C+6.0development tools, in the dynamic link library Gugao motion control card (GE-400-PG), edit the motion control function code to complete the two-dimensional linear motor trajectory.Through the analysis of the experimental results, the design of this project object detecting motion control platform system has good stability, the establishment of this system can provide a reference for similar movement of the industrial control platform application detection.
