Since2008, building intercom products start from simulation model to digital type, this not only brings challenges and opportunities to the industry.In the paper, we mainly study a IMS-based visual intercom system, this system mainly include management center, management platform, indoor machine, ladder way machine. Ladder way machine and indoor machine dialogue between each other. The core of Ladder way machine is S5PV210, indoor machine is Anroid.In conclusion, the main content of the article include:(1) Overseas and domestic research status, development trend of video intercom system and relevance theory.(2) the demand analysis and overall structure of video intercom system, management center; The function of each part is introduced; the article also focus on the function of the ladder way machine process,which is related to visual intercom.(3) The paper presents the software design of the indoor machine and the results of the test.Test results show that: functions of indoor machine can be implemented properly. Compared with the traditional system, the advantages of the system as follows:(1) Without extra wiring,the system directly uses the broadband. This action brings cost saving, and lower customers’ payment. at the same time, due to the adoption of advanced SIP and H.264technology, so the system more stable, easier to maintain.(2) Because Ladder way machine and indoor machine independent access to the Internet, thus ensuring a stable, and easier to maintain.(3) the indoor machine is Android mobile phone,.It can not only save users’ spending, answer the doorbell video call at any time, and realize the remote to open the door...
