A Emergency Management System Based On Mobile Terminal

With the development of economy and progress of science technology, many unpredictable accidents and disasters occurred frequently as increasing pace of life and human activities. These incidents caused losses to the people property. At the same time, the social public put forward higher requirement to deal with the emergency incidents.Base on the analysis of the existing management system of emergency response, we research and design an emergency response system which covers the entire emergency treatment process. In this system, the functional modules including information exchange, file transfer, GPS positioning and information storage are moved into mobile terminals and centre servers. The mobile video technology is researched and the intelligent cell phone based mobile monitoring system is designed. While dealing with the unexpected events, real-time video monitoring is done to quickly and accurately understand the situation, and to help commanders relayed correctly effective instruction. Based on the analysis of multiple regression algorithm and the historical trend method, diffusion model of gas is researched and created by calculating the weight of the historical trend method and error regression method. Then they are combined into a relatively more optimized prediction model. An important step in the establishment of combination prediction model is to optimize the combination weight. Its purpose is to choose the combination weight vector to meet the requirement prediction object, and consider all kinds of available resources to obtain the optimal results.
