Objective:Discuss the application of Internet of things technology in clinicalnursing,Through laboratory and clinical experiments,Understanding ofthe Internet of things technology in the application of clinical nursinghighlights,the advanced nature,scientificalness, practicability and Thenew problems in the application. In order to further realize the Internetof things technology and nursing information management system (NIS)seamless docking, and to improve the depth and breadth in the NISapplications, provides the practical and theoretical basis.From nursing practice activities of quantitative methods, real-timemonitoring, scientific management and intelligent decision-makingperspective, in order to achieve to improve the nursing service quality,reduce errors, reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency andclinical scientific research level, ensure efficient, high-quality, scientific,accurate, standardized clinical care work to provide new ideas and new methods.Method:This device is adopted in the experiment by Greek League (China)technology co., LTD., provide real-time intelligent health monitoringsystem (hereinafter referred to as "CIM").Through laboratory itself parallel control study, evaluation of newtechnology and traditional technology of two different clinicalmeasurements on T, P, R, SPO2, whether has consistency.Alsoin-depth study the Internet of things technology to other monitoringindicators (such as fall index,sleep index and other19) in clinicalnursing application value and advantage, analyzing the problems in theapplication, so as to further perfect the Internet of things in the planningand construction in the field of nursing. Take the convenience samplingmethod and the principle of voluntary, Screening61practice nursingstudents and30cardiovascular department hospitalized patients from atop three hospital.Using SPSS16.0software for statistical analysis and processing,The measurement data with mean±standard deviation, according tothe results using analysis of variance of repeated measurement data,related regression, paired t test and Bland-Altman method carries onthe comprehensive analysis, combined with clinical practice, to judgethe consistency of two methods of measuring, studies two kinds of different clinical measurement method can entirely replace, and verifythe new method is scientific, advanced and practical, and put forward anew method in the application process the problems andcountermeasures.Result:Results of laboratory: two measurement methods to obtain datasamples, R was not significant (P=0.16>0.05), but there arestatistically significant difference (P <0.05) in the T, P, SPO2.Through regression analysis to calculate the two sets of T,P controldata, there is a linear relationship, consistent bias, And set up aregression equation,it show that the close degree is high.CIM cancalibration tests again after deciding whether need to be adjusted,model checking and can transform. SPO2by Bland-Altman, calculatethe difference between two groups of data within the limits of more than95%in95%~96.7%.clinical evaluation, concluded: two differentmethods of measurement can completely replace.Results of clinical trials: CIM smart health monitoring system (CIM)worn from the instrument to the terminal display data requires only4±1minutes. And the receiver (patients carrying smart phone) networkbackground is synchronized display real-time data. The entire dynamicdata, including T, P, R, SPO2, ambient temperature, blood circulationindex, blood volume index, the index of the degree of hypoxia,arrhythmia index, cardiopulmonary index, sleep quality, Apnea type,degree of apnea, respiratory frequency, motion type, intensity and falldetection index, high pulse pressure value and lower pulse pressurevalue, overall health status of19physiological parameters. Includingthe open blood sugar and blood pressure index, Form is divided into text and graphics mode respectively displayed in the electronic medicalrecords and nursing records, and highly realize information sharing.Conclusion:Experimental data show that the principle of two kinds of differentmeasurement methods on the clinical application can completelyreplace, and CIM than traditional mode (manual and semi-automatic)on T, P, R of surveying and mapping time efficiency increased by76.20%and72.02%respectively. CIM in data collection-analysis-cleaning-storage-service applications beyond traditional informationtechnology, realized intelligent automation and standardized datacollection way, ensuring the authenticity of the data and "informationflow", meet the real-time demand interconnectivity and medical arearesource sharing.
