Design And Implementation Of Policing Management System Of Shenyang’s Public Security Bureau

With the rapid development of computer technology, in various national army have carried out the revolution in military.The information construction of public security has an extremely important significance to promote the regularization development and achieve the road to the powerful police with science and technology. In case of the trivial complex work of the level public security, it is more and more urgent strengthen the information construction. In order to meet the forces of information technology needs of the building, to automatic policing management, Shenyang Public Security Bureau, design and develop the Shenyang Public Security Bureau guards at policing management system.We design and development this policing management system based on a detailed survey and analysis, to meet the needs of the system functionality, performance indicators, interaction. On the basis of the relevant departments of the guard about the demand, we finish the system architecture design, database design, functional modules, interface prototyping, and system design, and systems development and testing. The system is based on B/S structure, using the MVC model to development. The graph user interface is developed using HTML+CSS+JavaScript, and we use the jQuery plug-assisted, accelerate the development speed of the system. The server-side using Struts2+iBATIS framework for the development of the system foreground to background using REST standards for communications, select the SQL Server2000database management data.In this paper, according to a detailed needs analysis, design, implementation and testing, and ultimately complete Shenyang Public Security Bureau guards of policing management system development work. In the development process we fully consider the actual needs of the policing management, high security, reliability and stability, and it is important to the guards at policing management. At the same time this system has good scalability, can be widely applied to the other forces in the logistics management.
