Design And Implementation Of Shanghai Automobile Group Enterprise Short Message Management System

This paper discusses software design and implementation of Shanghai Automobile Group’s enterprise short message business platform. This system’s developing goal is to improve the enterprise’s internal fast reaction and coordination ability, and to build a supporting platform for the enterprise inside and outside high efficient cooperation and communication.This system includes the following function modules:basic function module, it integrates short message sending, receiving, meeting announce, voting&investigation and other functions. Data management module, it provides short message data management function, includes the records of cache data, upstream data and downstream data, and the users can check detail list of historical data. Statistic report sheets processing module, it counts the sent and received short messages according to different business types. The group’s branch organization information management module, it manages the short message platform’s user information, role information and organization information. Platform management module, it realizes this short message platform’s external interface configuration management. From the view of software engineering, this paper discusses the above modules’main functions and user cases, builds the software design structure, internal database design scenario, internal business flows’logic design scenario and main interface functions implication. Furthermore, it discusses the platform’s software and hardware arrangement scenario and main modules’ programming. Finally, it summarizes the whole article.This system is developed by Java and enterprise database Oracle10’s PL-SQL. It already finished its test running. The effect is good and reaches the system’s main developing targets.
