Modern society requires the manufacturing sector to make rapid response to market and customers’demand, to produce a small quantity and variety, multi-standard, low cost and high quality products, in order to meet this requirement, production equipment and automatic reduction line control system must have a very high reliability and flexibility, programmable process controller (Programmable Logic Controller, PLC) is the response to this request occurs, it is a microprocessor-based general-purpose industrial control devices.S7-200just has high reliability, extensive instructions and built-in integration capabilities, strong communication skills and rich variety of expansion modules. This paper by the hardware selection, design, use, software selection, preparation of detailed system and other aspects of the principle of each module, the design and use.Experiments show that the core of the PLC as a controller, use the touch screen as the system input to control the PLC, and to control the animation in the form of dynamic display of process control, and through the PLC program control temperature, humidity, inverter and other objects, this design method can be easily fast and flexible design to meet the requirements of the control system. Actual simulation results show that s7-200can achieve better control of the default requirements.
