The Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cell(SOEC) is one of the hot spot of research in hydrogen production in recent years. This paper research the experiment process and measurement process of SOEC, and developed a SOEC intelligent monitoring system in real-time measurement based on the research subject of electrochemical characteristics of SOEC measurement experiment in DICP.According to the requirements of SOEC electrochemical characteristics measuring process, and analysis the three layer structure model which are control object layer of experiment site, field control layer and monitoring layer. The monitoring layer is the monitoring center, and this layer integrates the three subsystems to a integrated real-time monitoring measurement by using the object-oriented Visual C++6.0development environment. This paper designs three aspects which are system platform, communication module and control module in the monitoring layer. In the communication module, the real-time transmissions of the periodic command data and the aperiodic control data are demanded. The simultaneous transmissions of two kinds of data easily lead to data loss. For solving the communication conflict, this paper proposes a new scheduling method, and adopts the data priority and multi-level cache mechanism to transmit the data sequentially. In the control module, a new software method is proposed by introducing one-step pre-dislocation loop technology used to position the operation range and achieve the need of seamless extension. And this method can improve the real-time performance of the system. On the other hand, the programmable parameters table is designed to provide the parameters programming and modification of temperature programmed segment, flow, power source and experimental guide. The hierarchical control method is adopted in the control module, and the experiment guide table is the first control core, the others parameter table are secondary control core.This system works in the field successfully, and the system actual running shows that the SOEC integrated monitoring system realize the real-time measurement of SOEC electrochemical parameters and environmental information, and meet the expect requirements of measurement index. The system running is stable and reliable, and this system achieves the automation of SOEC monitoring process.
