The Research Of Method For Engine’s Automatically Scheduling Overtime Task

The workflow management system is an application technology which increasingly used in many industrial applications. Its main function is to make the business process automatic and processed. With the various industries have been expanding the business processes within the industry gradually increased, the gradual refinement of the work, the workflow management system requirements are also increasing. Workflow is actually a software platform which running on your computer, through the reality of the business process described computer language to simulate the reality of the actual work and human-computer interaction. In the workflow management system, a workflow is split into a number of activities. These activities are under the control of the workflow engine and based on pre-defined rules in the workflow definition file by the different participants in accordance with pre-provisions in good order. Until the last end of the event, the entire process was only completed. Workflow management system reflects the characteristics of most of the business process execution, but for some of the special requirements of the business process workflow, it cannot be good. For example, a particular industry is now a business process, this process demands particularly high timeliness and completion rate. If the system is running to one activity, for various reasons, could not be completed in a timely manner and over time frame for implementation, the workflow management system will suspend or delay this process, making the whole process at a standstill, this approach obviously does not meet the special requirements of users. Again, workflow management system data stream control data and application. The system of interest and direct access to the data is only controlled data and related data. This has led many industries that have the high-standard the management and use of the application data requirements, may no longer be designed and installed the system for the management and use of these application data. As a result, not only block a workflow management system that cannot be unified management, but also increase the company’s invested capital and operational inconvenience.In order to solve these problems, a lot of research work for the working characteristics of the workflow management system and working principle had been made. Combined with the actual work needs, workflow management system has been improved in the following aspects of the work. First, in order to meet the special process requirements, workflow engine should automatically schedule solution strategy. The workflow engine processes the actual promoter sequence according to certain rules, through definition file by parsing process control data, and then based on a good variety of pre-defined rules to guide the process execution. The operating principle of this strategy is that the use of the work characteristics of the engine can be a smooth implementation of the completion of the timeout task. In addition, this paper proposes a process instance in case of timeout task to re-formulate a new workflow to solve this problem. In this paper, we propose two different solutions. Second, when we were designing a workflow client application, we should provide the application data management interface and application data to a separate relational database to provide users with a more powerful data management capabilities. So that the user will be able to directly use the client application which has been generated and they have permission to access the application data query, modify management and apply for operation. Finally, we designed and implemented a workflow management system to verify the usefulness of the system through the application of the instance.
