The Design And Implementation Of College Student Information Management System

With the continuous development of information technology, computer technology and network technology, the informationized, networked and automated technology which is based on computer technology has brought out significant influence to college student information management mechanism, therefore, the individualized college education management that accord with the management mechanism of various colleges is entering college’s campuses. Through the comprehensive analysis to college student information management mechanism, the college student information management system use computers to achieve the automated process of college student information management, so, which is able to provide reliable guarantee to normalization management of college student information.For the relatively impeccable informationized facilities and the relatively sound networked information sources in college’s campuses, meanwhile, merging them into the multi-campus management in order to constructing a comprehensive automated information management system which is appropriate for college student information management, this is more significant to accelerate the college’s networked construction and improved the management mechanism in our country’s college management mechanism.In this paper, we have conducted deep analysis to student information management system’s development situation at home and abroad, and we think that it is very important to construct the corresponding system, therefore, for the confronted problems about college student information management to desige and develop the college student information management system which is suited for college student management. In the process of implementation, we adopt the use case to conduct the system design under the premise of analyzing the character of college student information management, total flow, data flow and various demands, meanwhile, the system design gives consideration to the integrity and security of system database.This system adopts the B/S (Browser/server) structure and distributes the college student information to the Web system server in campus, meanwhile, adopts the ASP.NET of Microsoft.NET to achieve the system, which avoid the traditional C/S (Client/Server) structure’s fat client application program pattern. The system is divided into basic information management, grades management, score management, school register management and user management, which achieve the database access operation through the Web server of the system.The system is capable of succinct operation pattern, friendly system interface, meanwhile, the relatively strong flexibility. The system’s security is perfect, the generality is strong and the operation is stable. What’s more, it is also able to be better, extended and transplated. It actively works to improve the efficiency of college student information management.
