Research And Design Of The Intermediate Court Document Integration System Software Upgrade

In the world, with the rapid development of information technology, the support ofinformation resources, information industry and information technology and others is moreand more important, because the modern government management has to rely on thesetechnologies, and the most important means in the work of the government is theinformation service and information management technology. The relevant governmentdepartments and local governments at all levels can strengthen the management of thegovernment, make the government affairs public, improve the efficiency, scientificdecision-making as well as the service functions of the important by means of E-government.The government information in e-government as the core has become the key of developingour national economy and society rapidly. The people’s court not only have to realizepaperless office-work in the daily work and file management but also speed up all kinds offile processing and circulation so as to improve work efficiency. The construction ofdocument information integration system has become a necessary task of the courts atdifferent levels.The trial management system, as the core business system of information construction incity people’s court, can greatly promote the reform of people’s court trial procedure process,strengthen the court management and improve the efficiency of dealing with the court cases.Because of the adjustment of court personnel agencies at all levels and the integration of trialresources and other factors, it is necessary to maintain and upgrade the trial managementsystem all the time in order to allow the system to run regularly and provide a powerfulsafeguard for the court adjudging management business. Document integration system of thepeople’s court is of significant importance for bettering the overall image of the courts and therelevant enterprises. It must consider the users’ actual demand. Based on the intermediatecourt’s court network hardware facilities and the principles of reliability, scalability,maintainability, easy operation and practicability, we construct an automatic office system,which contains document processing, transaction processing, case examination and approvalmodule, instant communication platform, portal integration, integration documentmanagement and system maintenance. By upgrading the court’s intranet and extranet portal, we can provide permanent maintenance service for the normal operation of trial managementsystem and timely upgrading of the court judicial management system upgrades, whichincludes the system optimization, the process of transformation, upgrading. In a word, thedocument information integration system can make the judicial system better adapt to theactual needs of the court trial management.This paper contains eight aspects: the intermediate court document integration systemdesign, system supporting platform, office automation system design, internal and externalnetwork portal system design, system interface, system security design, system test and so on.It shows that the intermediate court document integration system is practical, normative,secure, integrative and maintainable. According to the actual requirements of the moderncourt management, the system uses the J2EE system structure. Also, it applies maturetechnology for research and design, such as transplantation in Windows, Unix, Linuxoperating system environment，considering the system transplantation and expansion ofdemand in the future.In order to strengthen the management and improve the efficiency of dealing with thecourt cases, I design the scheme of maintenance of document integration system to meet thenew needs of the trial management system, allow the system to run stably for a long periodand provide the powerful security for the court adjudging management business of theintermediate court.
