Study On The Construction Of The Cloud Service Supply Chain Operation Model And Performance Appraisal

With the evolution of Internet technology and user requirement, cloud computing gradually penetrates into the application market from the technical study field, and brings many unprecedented challenges of organization, operation and management. The participants, service processes and manage contents involved in the cloud-based service environment have been far beyond the scope of technology. It is based on an extensive and complex network. In order to solve these challenges, the most important issue is the study of the entire cloud service system to distinguish both the operation processes and characteristics of this market clearly. Through the excavation of the main organizers and their interaction mechanisms, point out the management methods of key areas.After the research object being targeted, the author proposes a new theoretical idea which is called "cloud service supply chain" according to the theory of cloud service and supply chain. Then, a cloud service supply chain operation model is established with a specific description of three levels, which are the network structure, management elements and support components. Furthermore, through the research and analysis of the cloud service supply chain operation models about two major cloud service providers in explanatory case study, give the inspection and correction of the operation model. In addition, a cloud service supply chain performance appraisal system and its appraisal method are given in order to observe the cloud service supply chain operation status and put forward the improvement.
