| Light incubator will have wide application in the future in the application and research fields of modem agriculture, biology and medicine. With the development of the embedded system, the climate box needs more intelligent.This paper presents a new type of light incubator. The system use master-slave structure, which can control1-3incubators. Master controller select S5PV210for the core hardware platform, the choice of Linux+QT software platform for the system, system integration SQLite database, and apache WEB server. The slave system controller use embedded system with MCU of LPC2292. It works for environmental parameters testing, LED lamp controlling and image acquisition. The master system communicates the slave system with RS485.The master Linux system with Qt for graphical interface provides users with a better interactive experience. At the same time, the system provides multi-experiment, multi-task settings, a variety of light and color control of LED. A variety of experimental data storage and real-time upload and remote monitoring and a comprehensive system security control is provided. The system also uses the fuzzy control of temperature and humidity.The actual test results show that the system design reliable and stable. In the experiment, it can provide better supporting role. For the rest of light incubator system it also has the reference. |
