Anticipative users are those who have the relation with thisinformation transmission management system and marketing authority. Themain function of this system is to manage the information of sellingdepartment inside the company through Internet. In order to manage thissystem, pictures and dates in the database are exchanged in the JavaMailformat on the Java platform. This system has the following functions：Information transmission producing, information transmission recognizing,transmission department manufactures, information transmission searchingand information transmitter producing. Java Mail the form with thecompletion status sent to the other side. In the course of this systemcontains a certain number of business activities. Based on these operationsto information transmission management system is divided into four parts,which four are：sector management, messaging, recognition processing, andtransmission retrieval.
