Secondly, on the basis of clear SuiningCity power enterprise information system design principles and requirements analysis,object-oriented approach to the overall design of the system, related to: the structure ofthe system, the main function, the SQL Server database to establish. Then, the systemstructure is divided into three levels of the Web layer, business layer and data accesslayer, by means of JAVA, Web Services, XML technology, mainly using java languagecoding to achieve full functionality of the system, including: maintenance plan,substation management module, transmission management module, safety supervisionmodule, scheduling management module to a total of five functions, the final test ofthe power of enterprise information systems in Suining City, trial run, to prove that thesystem is safe and reliable, stable performance.
