With the improvement of China’s power industry reform and market economy, thetraditional management methods and management tools were not suited to the rapidchanges in the market environment. This study Suining City power enterpriseinformation systems based on the business activities of the power enterprises demandinformation flow throughout the main trail, covering all aspects of the the powerenterprise operation and production management activities. The Suining City Powerenterprise information platform construction, not only to improve the depth of SuiningCity Power internal level and application of information technology applications, isalso an important part of the construction of Suining City Power Grid, the system canstrengthen the management of the power enterprises, improve work efficiency, and ahigh level of social benefits.The paper first analyzes the the Suining City power enterprise information systemdevelopment background, pointed out the problems in the current management,expounded power enterprise information management system established researchtrends at home and abroad, economic, technological possibilities, and introduces thetheory and technology of information systems. Secondly, on the basis of clear SuiningCity power enterprise information system design principles and requirements analysis,object-oriented approach to the overall design of the system, related to: the structure ofthe system, the main function, the SQL Server database to establish. Then, the systemstructure is divided into three levels of the Web layer, business layer and data accesslayer, by means of JAVA, Web Services, XML technology, mainly using java languagecoding to achieve full functionality of the system, including: maintenance plan,substation management module, transmission management module, safety supervisionmodule, scheduling management module to a total of five functions, the final test ofthe power of enterprise information systems in Suining City, trial run, to prove that thesystem is safe and reliable, stable performance.
