Homogenization and Vulgarization of TV programs are the problems in the process of development of TV programs, The problem not only reflects the coarse ways of TV programs production, and brings lots of negative effects to audience, Such as Aesthetic fatigue or the lose on valve, More importantly, it does not any positive effects to training and improve media literacy of the audience. The TV programs can get out of the situation of homogenization and vulgarization when it has Innovative ideas and base the idea providing more types or unique programs, At the same time, The TV, as a type of media, can through TV programs innovative improve media literacy of audience, this is important to TV programs and programs ought to do this kind of function. The article is focus on the relationship of TV programs innovative and media literacy. In order to reach benign interaction of TV programs innovative and media literacy, The paper base on the present situation, through new perspective standpoint to concern the relationship of TV programs innovative and media literacv.This paper is divided into five sections.The first part mainly introducing the significance of choosing this topic, and then arranging and synthetically commenting the related documents of media literacy and TV programs innovative.The second part is elaborating the related concepts, such as media literacy, media literacy education and the development status of media literacy education.The third part is the relationship of TV programs innovative and media literacy of audience, the part of most important.
