Building control system has already developed over a dozen years from the DCS to the FCS. The fieldbuses are from different products and productions, so the communications protocols adopted are completely different.It is very difficult to realize the compatibility and mutual operation of those fieldbuses. Many standards is no standard.Thus a standardized FCS is urgently needed by the present market.so the adoption of the already widely used international standard protocols,such as Ethernet TCP/IP and so on, is the most acceptable. And make it used in the control very skillfully.In this case, it will be accepted and welcomed by all the country-users, integrated commercial businessmen, OEM and manufacturers.And this is also based on the meaning of BAS of the ethernet.This article took BAS of the office building as the research, emphasizing on the ways to control the spot with PLC, to use the front-end processor as the last procedure,to control the building as a whole unit and to realize the remote monitor by Internet. Also this article started from the perspective of the integrated system, combined the distribution and centralizing of those ways in the design. At first, it analysed the works of BAS, found out the problems existed in BAS, provided with proper solutions and made an overall design for the whole framework of BAS.The whole framework of BAS can be divided into two parts:The underlying hardware control system and the upper software system. The underlying hardware control system mainly studies the central air conditioning systems, the control of the spot with PLC, the hardware model selection and configuration of the PLC and the transducer.It designed the process of software control, participated in the design of terraced programming, introduced the stop-in-order and’control-with-two’of the central air conditioning systems, realized the automation and steady running of central air conditioning systems.The upper software system mainly introduced the structure of the upper systerm,configured the front-end processor, the traditional front-end improvements, an increase of three network port routing configuration; Serial communication program designed to achieve the integrated control of multiple hosts, multiple nodes; study analyzed several new monitoring software, and applied to the building control system;designed the centrolized control software of the upper machine and the remote control software which is based on the Internet,offered an integrated framework,design and system structure which are based on Internet and also the designing ideas of the key components.
