The Improvement Of JBPM5Workflow Management System And Its Implementation On Engineering Guarantee Business System

With the high-speed development of social and the advancement of technology,enterprises gradually to make change on methods of management. Depend on IT, tosupervise、control and optimize execution of the business process and then make itsmanagement automatically, has become one of thoes. While traditional、product-basedMIS’s shortcomings let it fail to fulfill the requirements of social, process-based MISgradually to show its importance and superiority. More and more attention has beenput on workflow technology because of its good suitability and flexibility. As a newtechnology and platform for development, workflow technology provides a new andmore convenient mode, and does good to solve the problems in traditional.This research work described base conception of workflow、WfMS and workflowmodel, analysised three open-source WfMS: JBPM4、JBPM5and Activity5, then,research has been focused on JBPM5. By analysis, found that JBPM5has someshortcomings in workflow management platform’s technical architecture、processvesion controlling、organization model and fulfill temporary dynamic requirementsand then proposed improved suggestion. Contents of this research work are asfollows:Firstly, structure and key features、PDL and core engine scheduling of JBPM5has been analysised.Secondly, this paper analysised about workflow management platform’s technicalarchitecture of JBPM5, pointed out its shortcomings of technology’s implementingway and controlling of transaction, proposed a improved suggestion which is base onStruts2、Spring and ibatis. Due to this, the coupling of the platform has been reduced,and the controlling of transaction would become more convenient.Thirdly, this paper analysised about loading of process vession and instantiationof JBPM5, proposed a implementing way of controlling of process vession.Fourthly, this paper analysised about organization model of JBPM5, proposed aexpanded model’s implementing way.Fifthly, based on our county’s actual situation, this paper pointed out itsshortcomings of fulfilling some temporary dynamic requirements. By expandsbusiness function interfaces of JBPM5, we have implemented process’going back andtask’s agent these two functions. In the end, from a software engineering perspective, requirements proposing、requirements analying and designing、system achieving and running of the system hasbeen illustrated in detail.
