With the increasingly complex battlefield electromagnetic environment, the performance of radio detector has to meet strict demands. Especially in some special occasions, the range and speed information of high-speed targets is needed not only, but also requires the system has good anti-noise ability and real-time performance.Therefore, this paper analyses the principle of pseudo code keying detection technology in details based on studying of frequency-hopping (FH) communication and pseudo code detector. Combining requirement of practical measurement, the system parameters are chosen and two signal processing methods of ranging and speed measurement are proposed, simulates the system by MATLAB to verify the feasibility and anti-noise of the algorithm.Then according to the miniaturized requirements, completes the design of signal processing circuit board and introduces the selection and design of the components in details. In accordance with the low noise application background, the PCB circuit board is drew by Altium Design09and plating.Finally, the hardware of the signal processing circuit board is accomplished under precondition of rational utilization of FPGA resources, and debugging of the hardware circuits and verification of algorithm are also completed. The experimental results show that the system designed which meets the expected demands can not only detect the target precisely, but also have a good anti-noise performance and real-time.
