Digital Library Of Heterogeneous Data Integration Platform Model Based On Web Services

The rapid progress of computer technology, network technology to provide strongtechnical support for the integration of heterogeneous data of digital library research anddevelopment. Compared with the traditional library, the greater the amount of data of thedigital library and more scattered data heterogeneous resource sharing and utility of digitallibrary data, a lot of inconvenience. Integrate heterogeneous data based on data warehousetechnology, middleware and federal database systems has been achieved gratifying results inthe same time, based on Web Services systems and technologies of heterogeneous dataintegration methods also become a hot topic. In this paper, based on analysis of thecomposition of the heterogeneous data of digital libraries and traditional types ofheterogeneous data integration technology, has introduced the Web Services technology andits digital library heterogeneous data integration on the edge, construct a "based on WebServices digital Library heterogeneous data integration platform architecture, and strive canplay some role as a digital Library heterogeneous data integration. This study mainly includethe following aspects:1) detailed description and analysis of Web Services technology, clear the feasibility ofbuilding systems based on Web Services technology.(2) the existing methods of heterogeneous data integration technology has made theanalysis and the comparison, demonstration of Web Services technology in the integratedmodel has advantages..(3) design of the Digital Library of heterogeneous data integration platform systemarchitecture based on Web Services and all levels and the composition and role of the modulegiven a detailed exposition.(4) the method of case analysis platform of applied research, described in detail theapplication process.
