As a modern transport vehicles, car has made great contributions in the progress of human society, but also due to its fuel, it cause serious environmental pollution. Electric vehicle with no or low emissions of pollutants, low noise, high efficiency, low cost maintenance and operation, will become the main direction of development of contemporary cars. Electric’s car charging pile is electric vehicle charging devices. Research related to electric vehicle charging pile technical issues is important to promote industrial development of electric vehicles.The main task of this project is to design AMR9board as the core of industrial electric car charging pile of data acquisition and processing of interactive systems. The main work is as follows, first build the embedded linux development platform, installed RedHat9.0on PC, install the cross compiler tools, Configure samba and NFS server to facilitate debugging on linux, Install Qt,QtE and their corresponding libraries for program development, to build a development environment. And design the layout of the charging pile’s touch screen interface. Customers can complete the credit card charge to consumer inquiries and other services though the charge pile touch screen interface, Charge the pile graphical interface of the program is designed by Qt. This paper introduces the layout of the graphical interface and the main program code. Finally, introduce the charge pile data for interactive systems design and development. That mainly include:database development and design, energy meter, printer, card reader and motherboard serial communication design and development, the relay control. Has introduced the board GPIO driver design and development, program control of the GPIO port, Selection and design of the development board database, The energy meter as a example, introduce the design and development of electric car charging pile data acquisition and processing system of the ARM industrial-board serial port program.
