E-commerce applications in ceramic industry in developed countries with theUnited States as the representative has reached a very mature level, At present, ceramice-commerce in foreign countries has obtained the rapid expansion and the progress, theeconomic interest brought by it is also very considerable. Compared to ceramicenterprises in foreign countries, the ceramic enterprises of our country in the area ofe-commerce applications is still in a backward stage, this is because most businesses donot understand this new e-commerce product completely. Therefore, the effect of theimplementation of them is not very good. Before the appearance of E-commerce used inthe ceramic industry, business transactions used the traditional mode of operation,that is,relying on physical contact, directly or indirectly, to complete. However, with theprogress of the times and the development of science and technology, enterprises isdifficult to adapt to today’s increasingly competitive market situation if it continues touse the traditional marketing means, as a result,it can not improve the comprehensivecompetitiveness of enterprises. Because of its advantage, E-commerce systems for theceramic industry can make the end of the shortcomings of the traditional marketingmethods, enable enterprises to better adapt to today’s social development,therefore,improve the comprehensive competitiveness.This article analyses the shortcomings of the traditional way of marketing in theceramic industry first, then obtained the necessity and the significance of establishingceramics profession electronic commerce system in this analysis foundation. Throughthe research and analysis of electronic commerce system architecture, make itsstructural design into three. On this basis, make a research and analysis of.the overallsystem of electronic commerce and the operating mode of the various subsystems. Inthe research process of the ceramic enterprises using e-commerce system, the keytechnology mainly related including the following three aspects: Firstly, proposes onekind of three B/S architecture. This kind of architecture separates the commercial logicand expression logic through using the ASP.NET technology; Secondly, made asystematic study of the system’s database technology (including the construction of the database system and database access technology); Thirdly, research on the integration ofthe ceramic enterprises within the e-commerce system and e-commerce systems withERP systems,based on the study,the conclusion obtained is as following; e-commercesystem internal subsystem’s integration is through the respective data provided bythemselves; its interface integrated with ERP systems integration is adopted on the basisof the messaging middleware soap agreement XML format for data transfer. Finally,based on earlier research developed an e-commerce system for the ceramics industry,And, through a specific application of a ceramic company,the effect of the applicationcan justify this article’s e-commerce system application in ceramic industry of suchideas, rationality and feasibility of methods.
