With the Fragmentation Era of new medium's emergence and audiences' differentiation, the new trend of medium operating management research areas is searching the Marketing Strategies of newspaper. By through the exploring and practice according to the requirement of Fragmentation trend, Southern Metropolis Daily pursued strategic transformation actively, of which marketing Strategies had a realistic guide to the construction of newspaper marketing value.The paper tried to start from environment of social Fragmentation Communication context and affection analysis of newspaper medium, using Journalism and Communication, Marketing theories and model diagnostic tools, based on three aspects of requirements:social development, competition of medium and effects of communication to analyse transmutation of newspaper marketing mode, also applied the theories into the marketing mode of Southern Metropolis Daily and argued its industrial environment based on which further provided a strategies plan of Precisely Communication of newspaper marketing.
