Multidimensional Students Integrated System Design And Implementation

National Guideline on Medium-and Long-term Program for Education Reform andDevelopment emphasizes "the revolutionary significance of information technology oneducation"，"setting up an information network in education ahead of the times"，"quicken the educational informationalization"，"promote the building of digitalcampuses" and "quicken the school administrative informationalization".As one important part of university informationalization，student informationsystem provides for students and administrative departments with detailed informationservice，like enrollment information, teaching arrangements and life support. On the onehand, students can automatically collect information of what they need in study and life;on the other hand, the university authority can also improve its managing efficiency andservice level by using the information system，further to promote the educational qualityand competitiveness of university.This paper aims at solving the information isolation and inconsistency in collegestudent affairs management, and explores an integrated and data-based system forstudent affairs management. Chapter One analyzes the current situation ofinformationalization in colleges at home and abroad, and summarizes their experienceand shortcomings. Chapter Two describes the framework and technology map of thesystem. Chapter Three gives the solution for the integrated information system. ChapterFour comes to a natural conclusion for the system and describe its future development.
