Design And Implementation Of Ningxia Medical University Student Information Management System

With deepening reform of Ningxia Medical University, as well as the expandingenrollment, student information management as a management priority is becomingincreasingly onerous. Using traditional model not only takes a lot of labor, but is inefficient,so it is inevitable to develop a kind of student information management system of friendlyinterface, easy operation and efficiency and security. The student information managementsystem, which combines computer with network technology can develop standardized anddigital management, help improve efficiency, and save the human, material and financialresources.Starting with the research background and the importance of Ningxia Medical Universitystudent information management system, this thesis firstly analyses the current status,disadvantages and deficiencies of the student information management system, and presentsthe necessity and significance of which is suitable for Ningxia Medical University. Secondly,the thesis analyzes the feasibility and requirement of system development, and determines itsdesign principles, goals and the technology used. Thirdly, the thesis presents the preliminarydesign and detailed design of this system, and forms a reasonable solution. And then, basedon the easily popularized B/S system, using MVC development mode, taking current pop WebApplication Open Source Framework SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate) as the developmenttechnique, and taking MySQL as the development platform of backstage supporter’s database,this system is concerned respectively with system schema, extended interface, developmentdifficulty, work efficiency, permission distribution, bulk update, and log management, and soon, and tries to complete the student information system based on SSH, and achieve thefunctions required for system. Finally, this thesis explains the operator interface in detail andtests the main functions of the system, so as to verify the feasibility and correctness of systemdevelopment. The student information management system based on SSH framework has been testedand its basic functionality has been implemented. This system helps to improve the efficiencyof student management of Ningxia Medical University, and reduce the management costs. Butit still has some imperfections in terms of security and operations, and furthermore perfectionand improvement of this system remain to be solved.
