To go with the fast development of domestic urban rail transit business, it becomes the first choice of citizen's daily traffic due to the convenience and speediness .It's exigent for the safety of citizen and urban rail transit operation to establish the telecommunication system with high capability and reliability. And it's the important research direction in current urban rail transit field. In the dissertation, the regular solutions of urban rail transit telecommunication system were compared and discussed by researching the major technology. In the actual new urban rail transit telecommunication system integration project, the detail subsystem solutions were designed on the basis of general solution. The advanced MSTP (Multi-Service Transfer Platform) technology was taken to fulfill the request of core transmission solution. At the same time the method of reliability engineering was taken to design and establish the telecommunication system, which including transmission, PABX, Dispatch, CCTV, PA and Clock subsystems etc.The new energy-saving interacting technology between PA subsystem and illumination system was researched and developed. The integration and construction of new urban rail transit telecommunication system were realized on the basis of high reliability. And the reliability tests were passed. The on time delivery was ensured under the circumstances of tight schedule by professional project management. The realized urban rail transit telecommunication system applied new technology and ensured high capability. The end user thought highly of the realized urban rail transit telecommunication system in actual operation because of the characteristics of advanced technology, practicality and reliability.
