Material management needs to tightly control the commodity information, such asthe deployment of commodity, material management is the core part of the managementof industrial and commercial enterprises. Material storage recording materials relatedcontent which including the material price, manufacturer name, type and otherinformation. Materials from the mainly contains the basic material of information, thetime and place, person, number of records. We can master the material inventoryinformation to facilitate the enterprise with operating the production arrangementthrough the material storage and warehousing. Therefore, it has important practicalsignificance to record the whole process of material transportation by the design ofmaterials management system.The thesis takes the new energy power generation enterprises materialsmanagement system as the research object from the new energy power generationenterprises actual materials management business processes. The thesis makes ananalysis of problems in the process of material management. Combined with the relatedmanagement theory, methods, The thesis analyzes the existence question solution.Based on the original material management, the thesis develops a new materialsmanagement system. Total target of material information system includs standardizationand automation of a new energy power generation enterprise material managementsystem. The design of system relatively complete system to complete the power plantmaterial management operation, is to improve the operation efficiency of materialmanagement. According to the new energy power generation enterprise materialmanagement system functional requirements, the system uses Delphi language to designmainly includes the module of system management, basic information materialsmanagement, warehousing supplies information management, supplies from theinformation management, information management material balance and other aspects.Supplies basic information module mainly realizes the material information to add andmodify the work; the storage of materials material storage module registration operationis an important link for inventory; material information nuclear real-time have the amount of inventory to view and print function. The test results of the system show thesystem interface is friendly, the operation is relatively simple, convenient, fast, efficientuse of information. The successful development of the system contribute to the timelyand effective for cargo management, which can achieve the optimal storage and supplystatus, effectively prevent the excess accumulation of materials, waste of resources,accelerate the capital turnover, and also can effectively reduce the cash occupancyproblem.
