With the development of the next generation wireless network and its related technologies,the mobile communication has played a significant role in human life,however,the improvement of technologies has increasingly challenged the good vision of sustainable development with huge power consumption and carbon dioxide emissions,which has attracted serious concern of domestic and foreign researchers.Green wireless network destines to be the trend in the new era launched by 5G.Power control is an effective approach for supporting high performance while decreasing the energy cost,which becomes more and more significant in the next generation wireless network.In this thesis,we mainly study the high speed heterogeneous access power allocation problem for the next generation wireless networks.The main contributions are as follows:1.To address the problem of total power minimization for high rate communication in multi-channel multi-user wireless networks,we analyze the heterogeneous characteristic and propose an energy consumption minimization model under the constraints of power and rate.We transfer the original problem from power domain into rate domain by Shannon capacity formula,which plays an important role in algorithm design.Leveraging the spectral radius constraints and convex approximation we transfer the problem into convexity.Further we present the convex approximation algorithm with the upper bound.Based on it we compute the lower bound by the convex relaxation technique.We then propose a global optimization algorithm based on the branch-and-bound method.We evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithms at last.2.To address the problem of energy-efficient power control and resource allocation for D2 D communications,we analyze the direct contact characteristic of D2 D communication and proposed an energy efficiency maximization model under the constraints of power and rate.Leveraging the fractional programming theory,we transfer the problem into an equivalent problem,which plays an import role in problem simplification.Further we propose the energy efficiency algorithm.Based on it we discuss the one-to-one subchannel allocation and one-to-many policies subchannel allocation comprehensively,which could be solved by penalty function approach and dual decomposition respectively.We evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithms at last.
