With the development of Information Technology and the ongoing reform ofeducation and teaching with colleges and vocational colleges,The traditionalpaper-based exam is also faced with reforms.with the continuous development ofcampus network, web-based online exam which is becoming the extension of the thetraditional paper-based exam,is the important research direction of the moderneducation and network-based teaching.most of the examination are available throughonline examination way,thus saving a lot of manpower, material resources andimproving the fairness of the examination.For example,not only the traditionalcomputer grade examination and English Test System of Sichuan Province,but alsomost of the Industry qualification authentication such as Certification of China BankingProfessional，are all used in online examination way.online exams brings greaterfairness by way of randomly selected test questions in the Examination Item Pool andthe computer can automatically sentenced points by making extensive use ofstandardized test,which can greatly improves scoring efficiency.it brings in betterautomation analysis, even accurately to each question, which,in turn, promote theimprovement of teaching.therefore,this system research can meet the needs of moderneducation in higher vocational colleges, save much of relevant work of examination;improve efficiency as well as greatly protect green environment.this system uses B/S as system framework and IntelliJ IDEA as the integrateddevelopment environment.the RIA technique ext js as front developmentframework,supplemented by JavaScript，using IE9and Firefox as the debuggingtools.such as Spring, MyBatis and so on as the back framework technology,using Javalanguage as the main development language，MySQL5.5is chosen as for database andthe open source Google Code SVN is used as version control server.this system whichcan be randomly generated questions has realized the Examination Item Pool importbatch, examinee data import batch, the examination management,the performancemanagement, the student management, the user management and so on.the answer madeby examinees in the examination process can be saved automatically in real time, with flexible permission management, to achieve a high degree of the code for performanceoptimization，and interactive data of client and server is controled to a minimum.thissystem is such higher security that can defense brute force passwords, SQL injectionand other common attacks. although this system mainly aiming at the computerapplication course exam design, but has good practicality and generality as well asscalability,which can be applied in other subjects examination under the circumstance ofnot doing any modifications.
