The Construction Labor Subcontracting System Based On Component Technology

With the rapid development of economic society, the constructionindustry has a great development, at the same time, due to the increasedbusiness, Labor subcontracting is very necessary.The goal of this paper is to design a suitable software for constructionlabor subcontracting work, which includes early prevention、interim controland last audit.The system will make the labor subcontracting work moreefficiency, controllable and convenience.The technical framework is based on component technology as thebasis,the application of component technology in software system designprovides a convenient environment,which should reduce the design workand improve work efficiency; in consideration of system security and theprofessional functions,we choose the C/S model for system,which suits forthe current building construction characteristics;in the selection of databasewe choose SQL Server2000database for easy to use.In this paper, the design idea is the construction process as the theoretical foundation, and combining with the specific situation of laborsubcontracting, designed for our construction company laborsubcontracting system.First of all, to each role. According to the labor service subcontractcharacteristics, this paper designs four functional roles, respectively is theowner, supervision engineer and contractor, subcontractor, and according tothe character of different, distribution corresponding to functionalcompetence.Secondly, in the function module design in the light of the constructionwork of the main flow, combined with the actual situation of laborsubcontracting, divided into four main functional modules, includingbidding management, construction management module, the projectexamination module and multifunctional query module. Wherein, biddingmanagement module corresponding to labor subcontracting earlypreventive properties, such as standardize the bidding management;construction management module corresponding to labor subcontractinginterim control characteristics, under construction on engineering, datareport form to carry out effective control and management; project audit corresponding labor subcontracting audit characteristics of late, thecompletion of the project is necessary and comprehensive examination,ensure project quality.Finally, pay attention to system safety design. Through the computernetwork technology, draw lessons from the routing control theory(access-list), to achieve the security of the network.Construction labor subcontracting system is a fairly advanced researchdirections, due to its specialty characteristics, there is few related systemsor products,the development is relatively lagging behind,but with theimprovement of construction theory,the software system will get greatdevelopment and great improvement.
