Coal enterprise project investment, more and need a an important tool for theoverall monitoring and dynamic management of customer information through the useof information technology means. Based on the customer’s competitive energycompanies along with the emergence and development of supply chain management,with the continuous extension of the supply chain, the end customer management andmore refined, more importantly, customer information is becoming a coal enterprisesone of the most important resources, effective management of customer resources hasbecome the urgent needs of energy companies.This paper summarizes the enterprise customer relationship managementencountered technical and economic problems, according to the development andchanges of the coal business management philosophy, development and design of acustomer relationship management information system (CRM), mainly to solve acustomer management throughout the course of the study, sales management, marketingmanagement, cost management, service and support functions, shorten the ways ofcorporate communication with clients; timely tracking of customers changes; continueto meet customer needs, improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise.According to the characteristics of coal enterprises, combined with the CRMtheory and related technology research and needs analysis to determine theimplementation of the system. Based on the ASP.NET platform, the system uses theBrowser/Server three-tier architecture model analysis, design and implementation. Thesystem using the Microsoft SQL Server2005database server, application developmentusing C#language.In order to achieve savings in manpower and material resources, customerrelationship management system to establish a "customer-centric" enterprise mode ofoperation, thus promoting the enterprise maximize the use of customer-related resources,to achieve the coal companies from marketing to sales to final services and technicalsupport cross-dimensional management. The specific content of this paper is as follows:1、 introduces the research background and significance of the concept of CRM-related research and development trends.2、the coal enterprise CRM system, a complete needs analysis, to describe thefunctional requirements and use cases and nonfunctional requirements.3、 detailed design process for coal enterprise CRM system, describes therelationship of the class, and describes the timing diagram and system function.Database design.4、the main function module (appointment) to achieve a detailed description, byusing this system, the successful completion of the coal enterprise customer relationshipmanagement.
