Transmission Communication Business Management Platform Design And Implementation

With the thriving of large group clients, the reqirements of the special transmission line for major clients are on the rise. Nevertheless, the management support means for the transmission line is not yet in place:inefficient in circuit monitoring capabilities for large clients, information managing for large clients and that of their green transmission, associating as well as in reporting.Better services to large group clients and more effective management of the whole business line require the establishment of a new full-service management platform so as to meet the growing network needs.This thesis analyzes many aspects, including the status and trend of the network development, the distribution and classification of the group lines, group users distribution as well as the group line faults, group user complaints and so on. It forms a relatively complete index system of group users and group line integrity. According to the index system, group line faults, group line distribution and classification, it proposes the ideas, methods and main function of developing the system "A full service management platform on transmission", creates the interface between the development of platform and the existing resource management system and the group’s customer complaint management platform, and achieves the ante displacement of basic data sharing and fault handling.This thesis also discusses the demand analysis, system design, verification, safety management, and other aspects. Employing the current techniques like Java, Oracle, Corba and database, it is intended to design and develop a full-service management on the basis of multiple manufacturers and multiple platforms by collecting the network management data from different manufacturers, so as to implement the integrated management and monitor based on traditional SDH and DWDM system, to implement the integrated service management on the basis of index algorithm, as well as the system functions as monitoring, function analysis, and index assessment.
