Along with the high-speed development of the railway, the number of locomotivesbelonging to throughout Railway Bureaus has changed. While the informationrequirements of locomotives in-and-out are also getting higher and higher, the sharingof information is the base of realizing railway systems’ modern development. Theprevious artificial way can’t meet current developmental needs, and it will also takeenormous pressure to railway staff. So it brings up lots of trouble into the managingtasks. In order to reduce the working strength of workers and promote workingefficiency, strengthening the information collection, fast transmission and sharingcomprehensively, measures about remote network management of locomotives must betaken.The network management of locomotives’ signal detection device uses LabVIEWto do the dysfunctional analysis. Then through managing the data coming fromLabVIEW, it will achieve the goal of network sharing and improving managementefficiency. The specific working process includes identifying and classifying the variousdata from locomotive signal detection device for the validity and availability, andthrough the man-machine interface provides the visual display, making the fieldpersonnel having better operation and control. Innovation point lies in raising the dataanalysis system for locomotives’ signal detection basing on Browser/Server mode, andit will detect the effective data for unified network management, enhancing data sharing,system maintenance and enhancing development for the system itself.Finally, this thesis adopted the structure of B/S multi-layer architecture, usingJBuilder developmental tools, Sql Server2000database and object-orientedprogramming language Java, developed an analysis system based on B/S framework forsignals of locomotive warehousing. Realizing the network information sharing oflocomotives’ signals, it improved the efficiency of remote information management.
